Hey everyone! I’m subletting my beautiful and cozy flat for the summer. It’s a 73-square meter flat in Friedrichshain with a large open-space kitchen, dining room and living room, one bigger bedroom, and a smaller bedroom we’ve turned into a guest room/home office space. Of course, there’s also a hallway and a bathroom. The kitchen is modern, fitted, and fully equipped, and the bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped with modern appliances and furniture, has a terrace and a balcony, and it’s perfectly situated in the Boxhagener Kiez. It has everything you need for a nice and comfortable stay.

The building was built in 2018, it has an elevator and a bike storage room. the neighhbors and neighborhood are lovely, and neighbors are mostly young couples and families. It’s ideal for couples and people who work from home.

Dates are flexible and there might be a possibility to prolong the sublease for another month or two.

Rent is 1950 euros per month, all costs included. The deposit is one monthly rent paid in advance. The rent is paid in advance for the following month.

Looking for friendly, reliable, and respectful people who will take good care of the flat, preferably a couple as the smaller bedroom is too small for a comfortable WG life.

- However, no TV because we never had one. :’) But there are many books and records you can enjoy.
