Renting my apartment in Berlin Kreuzberg from 10.05.2024 to 20.05.2024 (10 days). 🏡
☀️ The 2-room apartment faces south, making it very bright with direct sunlight into the living room. There's also a south-facing balcony overlooking the backyard. The apartment is stylishly decorated and adorned with some plants.
IMPORTANT: Only cat lovers, please. My lovely, quiet, and super-friendly cat will be staying at the apartment.

- The bedroom offers a view of the Park. It is furnished with a super comfortable new Queen-size double bed (160cm) for a restful sleep 🛏️

- Smart TV to relax and chill 📺
Location:
- Surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and a park right outside the door.
- The beautiful canal is just two blocks away.
- Two Ubahn underground stations, U1 and U3, are 5 mins away, and the M29 bus stops just behind the block. 🚆
- Conveniently located 5 min from Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Edeka, and Rewe supermarkets. 🥝🍅
- As well as popular attractions such as the Berlin Wall, East Side Gallery, Canal, and Spree River.

- Trepwower Park to 5 minutes by BUS.
- Rent a bike just 5 minutes walk.
- Oranienstr. with many restaurants and bars, 5 minutes walk.
- Maybachufer with markets on Tuesdays & Fridays and flea markets on Sundays (by the canal).
- Supermarkets just 5 minutes walk (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rewe).

- Please leave your shoes at the entrance hall.
- Please switch off the lights and heating if you leave the apartment.
- Please do not eat in the room, you can use the living room for that.
- Please respect our neighbors.
- Absolutely no parties are allowed.
- Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it.
