Da ich für 4 Wochen ins Ausland gehe, wird meine Wohnung zu der Zeit frei. Es ist eine 78qm Maisonette Wohnung. Unten befindet sich Wohnzimmer und Küche, oben das Schlafzimmer.
Die Küche ist komplett neu, inkl. Spülmaschine und Induktionsherd und großem Kühlschrank. Es gibt zwei Toiletten und ein kleines Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht.
Die Wohnung ist insbesondere für Singles oder Paare geeignet. Durch den offenen Schnitt ohne Türen ist sie ungeeignet für WG's. Die Wohnung hat außerdem eine steile Treppe und ist daher für Kinder und Hunde nicht geeignet.
Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Bergmannkiez im 4. & 5. OG im Seitenflügel, ist. also sehr ruhig.
Normalerweise wohne ich hier mit zwei Katzen (die aber in dieser Zeit nicht hier sein werden). Dennoch eher ungeeignet für Allergiker:innen.
Der angegebene Preis bezieht sich auf den zeitraum von 3 wochen, beinhaltet alle Kosten inkl. Strom, Gas, Wasser und Highspeed Internet.

Since I'm going abroad for about 4 weeks, my apartment will be free at that time. It is a 78sqm duplex apartment. Downstairs is the living room and kitchen, upstairs is the bedroom.
I am currently completely redoing the kitchen, including a dishwasher and induction cooker and a large refrigerator. There are two toilets and a small bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is equipped with everything you need.
The apartment is particularly suitable for singles or couples. Due to the open layout of the rooms (no doors), it is unsuitable for flat shares. Also there are quite steep stairs so its unsuitable for kids or dogs.
The flat is located in Bergmannkiez on the 4th & 5th floor of the back building, so its quiet and calm.
Normally I live here with two cats (the won't be here during the rental period), but still you shoudnt be allergic to cats.
The mentioned price is for 3 weeks and includes gas, electricity, water and high speed wifi.
