Wir werden die Wohnung von Juni bis August (7. Juni bis 18. August) vermieten.

Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon (mit Sofa, Tisch und TV)
Schlafzimmer (mit Superkingsize-Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank)
Badezimmer

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Spreestadt in Charlottenburg. Die Spree ist gleich um die Ecke und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in weniger als 10 Minuten im Tiergarten. Die TU Berlin ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Bushaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Bus sind Sie in 6 Minuten in der Turmstraße (UBahn), am Ernst-Reuter-Platz (U Bahn) und in 10 Minuten am Zoogologischen Garten (S Bahn, U Bahn).

In der Nähe gibt es ein paar Restaurants, italienisches Essen, asiatisches Essen usw. Der Supermarkt ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sehr praktisch für alles, was man im täglichen Leben braucht.

We will rent the apartment from June to August (June 7 to August 18).

There is
- Kitchen (everything you need: Stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine)
- Living room with access to the balcony (with sofa, table and TV)
- Bedroom (with super king-size bed, desk, closet)
- bathroom

The apartment is located in Spreestadt in Charlottenburg. The Spree is just around the corner and you can be in Tiergarten in less than 10 minutes by bike. The TU Berlin is within walking distance.

The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. The bus takes you to Turmstraße (U-Bahn) in 6 minutes, to Ernst-Reuter-Platz (U-Bahn) and to Zoogologischer Garten (S-Bahn, U-Bahn) in 10 minutes.

There are a few restaurants nearby, Italian food, Asian food etc. The supermarket is only a 3 minute walk away. Very convenient for everything you need in daily life.
