A Fully furnished Single room in a 3 Bedroom Apartment at Garden Ost

Hello peeps, I am Harikrishnan, Master's Student at CAU. We have recently acquired a completely furnished 3 Bedroom apartment at Elisabethstr 120, 24143, Kiel. We would like to get a 3rd roommate to share the space with. The apartment is beautiful, cozy and with a wonderful green view. The apartment is on the first floor building and was renovated recently.

The moving in date is from June 1st (that's non negotiable, could maybe move in a bit early subject to conditions). The room is fully furnished with a Bed, Linens, Desk, chair, wardrobe, Smart TV. The Bathroom is of brightly tiled and consists of a shower, toilet, sink and the kitchenette consists of a stove, a sink, a worktop with many drawers, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and base cabinets. There is also a dining table with 2 chairs. This falls as a shared space between other two co-tenants (Me and a lady). One room has a private entrance to balcony.

We are open to students or Young professionals. The Landlord does not require a Caution Deposit or any proof of income documents. The initial rental period is planned till Nov 30 which can be possibly extended and is flexible. The Total rent for the single room will be 500 euro for everything (Wi-Fi, Furniture's and other Utilities)

We usually do some group activities like coming together for an evening Tea or Beers and at the same time, we respect each others personal space. We are looking for someone who also wants to create a nice and welcoming environment. We are both International students and English is the Spoken Language among us.
