Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG und ist etwa 40m2 groß. Sie ist vollmöbliert, verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Bad mit Wanne und einen offenen Wohn-Küchen-Bereich. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller. Ansonsten ist alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Du kannst also einfach ankommen und loswohnen :)
Die gemütliche Wohnung liegt mitten im lebendigen Stadtviertel Dresden Neustadt. Bars, Cafés, Restaurants, Straßenbahn Haltestelle, Netto, Rewe, Biocompany, Bäcker - alles das kannst du in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen. Auch die nächste S-Bahn-Hst Bischofsweg ist max. 10 Minuten entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung (da im Hinterhaus) angenehm ruhig.
Aufgrund von Urlaub bin ich im angegebenen Zeitraum nicht zu Hause und vermiete deshalb die Wohnung unter.
Ich bin in allen Belangen sehr flexibel, der Zeitraum ist allerdings nicht verhandelbar.
