We're a family of four and would like to sublet our very spacious and bright flat for one month from mid-February to mid-March (dates are a bit flexible). It's perfect for families, couples or singles. We have a lovely 130m2 rooftop apartment with four rooms:
- Very very quiet bedroom with comfy king size bed, closet and desk
- Kids room, space for up to two kids (was a bit messy when we took the pictures today, we'll clean up the whole flat of course!)
- Huge living room with a second desk and a balcony (east)
- Big living room/kitchen with a balcony (west)
- Bathroom 1 with toilet and bathtub
- Bathroom 2 with toilet and shower
Flat includes:
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, everything you need for cooking etc.)
- Washer and dryer
- Elevator
- Fast Wlan in the whole flat
- Two desks with external screens-
- Everything families need, including baby bed, kids bed, changing table, toys - however, this can also be stored away

The flat is in the nicest part of Berlin, the very popular and lively Winskiez. It's quiet yet very lively, with a lot of restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, supermarkets, small stores, etc. Everything you need is right around the corner.
There are several tram stops just a few minutes away, and the Ringbahn and Alex are also close.
Carsharing is always available, including parking spots, if you have your own car there's parking in front of the door.
We own several bikes which you would be welcome to use.
The neighbors are super friendly and helpful.
