Das ab dem 1. April freie Zimmer hat ca. 22qm, ist mit einem Laminatboden ausgestattet und hat mit 2,75 m eine recht hohe Decke. Es ist das größte Zimmer der WG mit 2 großen Fenstern und 2 separaten Heizkörpern.
Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich die Haltestelle Payerstrasse (U15), damit ist man in ca. 10 min am Olgaeck/Charlottenplatz/Stadtmitte/Hauptbahnhof. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Innenstadt in max. 20 min. Am Olgaeck, sowie Richtung Ostendplatz gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Von hier aus gibt es innerhalb weniger Gehminuten einige schöne Aussichtspunkte (Bubenbad, Geroksruhe, Eugensplatz, Fernsehturm etc.) Um zu entspannen und zum Radfahren, Joggen usw. erreicht man den Wald in 5 min.
Hallo :) Wir suchen für unsere WG eine Mitbewohnerin. Wir sind alle 3 berufstätig. Daher wäre es von Vorteil wenn auch du berufstätig bist, oder zumindest unter der Woche einen geregelten Alltag hast.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG.
Wir verbringen oft Zeit miteinander, im Sommer sind wir viel in der Sonne, am Tischtennis spielen, im Freibad oder in Parks am entspannen. Wir leben eine entspannte Zeit unter der Woche. An Wochenenden werden hin und wieder mal Drinks geschlürft.
Wir reisen alle 3 sehr gerne, daher kommt es oftmals vor, dass jemand von uns für paar Wochen unterwegs ist 🌴
