I am an international university student from USA and I am looking for a fully furnished 1bed/1bath with a kitchen. I would like to be close to public transportation within walking distance. I would like to move in May/early June and move out at then end of July. I would like a single flat with no roomates. I prefer an in unit washer/dryer for laundry or access to one within the building.
